Hey Ho guys and gals. Are you all making it to the Pueblo this year. I surely miss you all. Hope Claude is well as I do all of you. I missed the festival last year. First time in 10 years. I've especially missed hanging with you all as I have the last 3 years. I'm the guy in the big RV with 2 boys. My now 10 year old has Emu Meat on his Ipod!
Hope you are coming, KB

the more i think about it i probably should have given you even more money for those two fine cds because my grandpa always said,"son never be afraid to give people more than their asking for whatever it is they are selling. and if they say no,why just insist and if you keep at it, they will eventually relent.
hope you had a safe trip home and all is well with you all.
really enjoyed your visit here in prescott, arizona this weekend. j.b.outrider a happy listener in the west.

Let me know when your new CD hits the store. I'd like to do a review on it and insert a little bio for the Colorado Bluegrass Music Society newsletter. Been trying to do this for a while, but no progress yet.
Enjoyed your show at Puebo. Was that Bluegrass on the River or Bluegrass in the River?
Thanks!

Hi Janice, Happy New Year!
I have been dreaming about taking banjo-uke lessons since we worked together. I am from Nursefinders and we worked together at Womens and Journal Center. Of course I dont remember the person you mentioned who would be able to give me lessons. If that person is still around and willing to teach a slow learner would you put me in touch with him/her? Hope all is weel with you. Did you get a new job? Regards, Marcia McCann

Your Saturday performance at the Bluegrass Festival in Santa Fe was the high point of the day. I'd never heard "Haul Away" before. The song is beautifully written and the performance masterful--especially the harmony. The hairs on the back of my neck haven't gone back down yet. Thanks for a truly enjoyable experience.

Wow, what a great show at the Santa Fe Bluegrass Festival! I loved your gospel show, especially the "Methodist" song.
Claude, I'm sorry we didn't get around to jamming with the 'cello and mandocello, but I know we will do it some day. It was a pleasure and an honor meeting you.
You guys are all excellent musicians, and I respect your work.

Heard you sing a song about "there's a mill in our town"--very haunting. Is it your song? Is it on CD? Are lyrics/tab available somewhere? Loved it.

Hey, great website. I took banjo lessons from Wayne about 12 years ago. Wayne, do you remember the student who's banjo had a kind of golden stain on a maple banjo, clear banjo head and gold plate that looked too shiny? I'm sure you've seen too many to remember but you gave me my start and I'm still picking. Thanks. Now living back in Kansas, there's no place like home. Hope I can make it back to New Mexico to hear the band.

Hello Ramblers,
Love the website, let me be the first of the Sons and Brothers to say congratulations on the great site. It has been our great honor to work alongside the mighty ramblers these past years. We think Elliot's song writing is absolutely fantastic. Looking forward to seeing you all in June here in Colorado.

In addition to being a bit of a banjo player (thanks to a myriad of lessons from Wayne), I am also President of the Placitas Artists Series. We had the pleasure of presenting Elliott's Ramblers last year to a packed house in Placitas. They were outstanding and people are still talking about how much they loved the music and comaraderie (however it's spelled). Gary Libman
